Delivery time & shipping costs

We do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible. Delivery time is 2 to 3 working days. If for any reason we cannot meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

The prices listed do not include shipping costs. The shipping costs are:

Delivery is via PostNl. In general, delivery will take place Monday to Saturday between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.

Consideration period/return

It may happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because you do not like the product or perhaps there is another reason why you would not like to have the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.

The right of withdrawal applies to consumer purchases, not business purchases.

After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the cost of return from your home to the store for your own account. For the exact rates, please consult the website of your carrier. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product with all accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging to be returned to the entrepreneur.

To exercise this right, please use the "Returns" function via your account. If you placed your order as a guest, you can register with the same e-mail address to convert the guest account into a customer account. However, you can also choose to contact us at [email protected]. In all cases, please fill in the completed return form and enclose it with the box.

We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of notification of your return, provided the product has already been received in good order.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may pass this depreciation in value to you. So treat the product with care and make sure it is well packed when returning it.

Want to exchange a product?

Do you want to exchange your product? Within 14 days, that's not a problem. You can contact [email protected]. However, you do have to pay the cost of returning the product yourself.
